The clinical features associated with cryoglobulinaemia will vary according to underlying disease, if any, and it may be asymptomatic or present acutely

Raynaud's phenomenon, frank thrombosis and gangrene may occur in exposed areas.

In general, the clinical presentation of cryoglobulinaemia varies from asymptomatic to a cryoglobulinaemic syndrome consisting of purpura and leukocytoclastic vasculitis with multiple organ involvement. (1,2)
